If you are expecting to see the life of Noynoy in a film, then by all means don’t watch this. But if you are curious and wants to take a sneak peek on what’s going on in every sortie of President Noynoy Aquino, then this movie will surely interest you.

‘Noy’ is all about an aspiring Journalist who was born to a very poor family. To be able to jumpstart his career in reporting and broadcast journalism, he submitted a fake diploma and asked someone to create his portfolio. He was tasked to document and create a story about Liberal Party’s Presidential aspirant Sen. Noynoy Aquino. Coincidence as it may seem, his name was also ‘Noy”.

The movie ‘Noy’ is a very depressing film that sometimes I find it very unrealistic. However, because of the nice script, cinematography and characterization of each character, the film ‘Noy’ was able to bring out the harsh reality that most Filipinos are facing.

‘Noy’ is a star studded flick. With the caliber of indie actors like Pen Medina, Ping Medina, Cherry Pie Picache, Joem Bascon, Coco Martin and the like, one can expect a very good film. I must say that 80% of the film’s success can be attributed to its actors. They are all so good that the movie won’t fail to touch your heart and shed tears from your eyes.
